Oh how did you give Jiyel advantage for the negotiations? I've only managed to give a medium amount of benefits even with huge social influence? Meanwhile Arland gets huge benefits regardless.
Not sure what determines the amount of influence you have. I just used "greatly increase" on "give jiyel advantage", and it seemed to work. Maybe it depends on your reputation too?
