I can not say when it will be out. But 0.8.0 will add the beach. There will also be 3 new girls added. And there will be a revamp to Roxanne's dialog.
The 0.8.1 release will feature a day and night system. This will mean that locations will have times that they are open and closed. The girls will be getting schedules (only Roxanne and Amy has them for now)
