I found the game somewhat interesting. Though I will suggest using a mix of anxiety damage and physical damage based on the monster's design intent. If it has a weapon / is aggressive, it should deal more physical damage then anxiety. Likewise if the monster is supposed to be scary and appears in the corner of the shadows, it should deal more anxiety damage then physical. That's just my take on it though.
