You can download the V1.321 zip archive of the mod from gamebanana and replace the language file from this download with the english.txt file that's in the V1.321 zip archive you downloaded. How do I know? I did it myself and it worked. Also: DO NOT DO ANYTHING TO THE FILE BEFOREHAND OTHERWISE THE GAME WILL CRASH WHEN YOU TRY TO RUN THE GAME.
