Yes I used Godot, and having this problem in web version is expectable since the last version of Godot.
To solve the problem, make sure to put your exported files in one place the compress them in a zip file.
And while uploading it ti itch.io, make sure the option SharedArrayBuffer
support — is selected.
Consider also that some browsers might not run the game properly.
