That's totally awesome!

How is it learning the new software? I haven't had much experience with Unity 2D.

I started with Unity 3D years ago but switched to Data Science from game dev. I was probably going to look into it and get a Udemy course or something to catch up to speed on new things and a 2d environment.

Since I've just released 0.03 on Patreon a few days ago, I'm taking some rest days from working on the game, but I'm using them to learn a bit more about Unity, and I'm actually watching a Udemy course too!

It's actually a lot more fun than I thought it would be, but I still I don't have any idea how long it will take for me to move to Unity.

I want to be confident with developing games there, so I don't have to delay any update or anything like that due to me "not knowing" how to do something on the engine.

Also I will be making some major changes to the game too, that I wasn't able to do on RPGM due to its limitations or that I just feel it would be better to my vision of the game, so it should take some extra time too.

That's totally awesome! extending deadlines is also pretty reasonable and good for a passion project and wanting to do a good job.

Good luck! I look forward to seeing the development work of this project!
