I like how the game looks, the mix of pixel art with the 3D background and the super fancy particles works really well.
Now on the other hand, the game needs something to challenge the players more, something to force them into risks and decisions. Right now you can just stay in the middle and shoot from time to time and never die.
You've got a good eye and there's potential, keep up the good work!
Side note, try to make a web build next time, people tend not to go for Windows builds when rating games as it involves installing stuff on the computer and you never know what's in there.
