Summary of Approach
The project was made as part of the XR Brain Jam to be a safe space for anyone to express their thoughts. As it is sometimes difficult to share your thoughts with a real person, this VR space provides a user with a with a digital AI with a physical form to talk to.

Clarification of Ryan Lee Eicheldinger's Contributions to Team 8 for XR BRAIN JAM 2023:

I am writing to provide a formal clarification of my involvement in the collaboration with TEAM 8 during the initial ideation phase and the subsequent tasks I undertook.

To offer context, I played a role in the initial ideation phase alongside TEAM 8. My contributions extended to the preparation of necessary documents for TEAM 8, as well as the creation of certain assets. Specifically, I developed 3D Female Character assets, 3D assets, and various forms of Artwork/Video intended for potential use in the project.

It is important to note that these assets marked as NOT USED were prepared and made available, but circumstances resulted in their exclusion from the final project.

Unfortunately, during the course of the project's development, there were significant planning inaccuracies originating from CMU that impacted not only my participation but also had repercussions for three other individuals involved in separate teams here in Pittsburgh, PA. These inaccuracies led to my decision to discontinue my involvement in the project during the jam.

I wanted to ensure that the specifics of my contributions and the circumstances leading to my departure from the project were communicated accurately and transparently. I appreciate your understanding of these complexities and any actions taken to address them within the project's context.

If you require any further clarification or documentation regarding my involvement, please feel free to reach out. I value the professional relationships formed during our collaboration and remain open to constructive communication.
