Interesting concept ! Took me a while to figure out what's up but there's a good balance of puzzle and fighting. 

The color scheme could better reflect what's what, eg everything red is good for the player, etc

Amazing concept! Die to gain health so you can fight the bosses!

Figuring out how to die is really fun! And every enemy is unique.

The final boss is YOU.

I had alot of fun playing this game. I only had a few issues:

In one of the levels you have to fit yourself in an almost impossible gap. I did it in the end, but it was hard.

In another one of the levels, you have to go to the left of the screen to die. My mind usually associates the bottom with death and the sides with next level. 

It was the only place that I maybe could've considered a death area, but it was still pretty confusing. If you were to update the game, I would put spikes in the death areas.

Overall, the game is great! It was really fun to play, and it wasn't too hard.
