Does your game have enough rates?? This is how you know:

Based on Unity Ninja's  post

Using simple mathematics, If you divide the current number of rates (10.1k) on the number of games submitted (369), the average number of rates a submitted game gets is about 27 rates.

so anything around that number is fine.

also remember, the number of rates you get is not as important as the quality/value of them, so a game with 10 5-star rates should do better than a one with 20 3-start rates.

Finally, rates are not the reason we participate in game jams, the actual reasons are (at least for me) getting some fun, learning new things, and being a part of an encouraging and engaging community...

for example I learned how much do the small polishes and effects change the overall feel of the game, so in my next game jam I'll focus less on the amount of content, and more on the polishing and visual effects and sounds.....

By the way may game is called "Literally-Endless Runner", I'll be so happy if you take a look at it and give me your opinions :)

See the game's description for more info.

I respect that for sure, but I mean, we all worked super hard on our games, and many of us have spent hours rating other peoples' games, and I think it's totally fair to want not just having fun but also gaining visibility of your work, especially for those who are serious about becoming indie devs in the long run.
