- Really cohesive art style - the walls/environment were well detailed and nothing looked unfinished. I would have liked to have seen more of the main character, as the screenshots of the model are very impressive; only seeing her from behind seems like a waste of all the work which went into making her! I was very impressed by the gameplay design, it was immediately addictive and felt vey well thought out. I was initially put off by the large wall of text on the inductions page, but this could be rectified in a full release by a tutorial stage which slowly introduced the mechanics. I love how the game speeds up as you fill up the bars, and the obstacles never felt like they were spawning unfairly. I think Gaia's Wrath would make an excellent endless runner style mobile game, but would benefit from more time spent on visual polish. The game would benefit from character animations, but the awesome music got me invested and immersed in the mood sufficiently.

We wanted to represent the negative thoughts and toxicity of the environment that women face in our game, as these frequently obstruct their path to success. The metaphor of nature exemplifies this. To conserve oxygen, Mother Earth (Gaia) attempts to trap toxic fumes in the ground and plants. Neither of these battles against social injustice nor environmental collapse can be won alone, and we must all work together to create a world that is both sustainable and safe. This collaborative support is represented by protective layers that shield Gaia from the harsh world around her, whereas the world's toxicity manifests as malice, which Gaia must destroy.
