Please explain why your team qualifies for the category you chose.
I have game development experience from 2019 on Roblox. I've competed in game jams from 2021 using Python, and now I present this game jam to you in Godot! :D

How does your game relate to the theme?
The mage uses his magic and charms to defend against the hordes of Droids headed to his land he has sworn to protect. I use the word "Charm" in the magic sort of way.

I'm here to compete. I was supposed to add a lot of features, but I overestimated my capabilities and couldn't add a few features I intended to. The game itself is beautiful with a solid color theme, but I wish I had just one more day.

Really solid, too bad you couldn't finish it in time. Adding a long term objective for the player in your gameloop, like a score, could really benefit your game I think. 

Also it's really too easy for now, but I think you have a seed for a real rhythmic banger here.

Agreed! I might get a team on this, it’s got potential.

I wanted to add harder npcs to fight, and I would’ve, if I had the time. I have the art ready for the bosses, and the attacks and all the vfx is present, but I couldn’t incorporate it all in time.

I see, you just aimed too big for the jam. Going full fantasy battle mixed with the rhythm mechanic and maybe some light RPG mechanics can really make a godlike combo. That's so frustrating to not be able to show what you wanted to during a jam, I sympathize...
