Lot of effort in here great work! I think increasing the header size and having an editor to cut down on the wording would make it top teir.

Very old-school vibe.  The details are what I adore in this adventure.  The perfume and it's effects...the Owlbear costume (want), and the dread nesting dolls...the uniqueness is what makes it memorable.  Cheers!

Thanks for the support! If it weren't for the game jam, I may have never written an adventure about furniture - but what a fun treat it turned into!

I really liked all the thought and detail you put into all the alternative routes players can take when accessing different rooms of the dungeon. Also the owlbear costume is a phenomenal piece of loot. I can already imagine the hilarious and cool scenarios that could generate

Thanks for the kind words! I enjoy a well Jaquaysed  dungeon. The main goal with it here is to get the party split and under time pressure before the mob comes. It didn't happen in play test, but I really love the idea of the party bursting out of the mansion with the Owlbear Costume to terrify the mob.
