Gong!!! Very cool and creative entry. I specially dig part B and its sound design. The "8 bit - crystal" sound is great, and the arpeggiated runs combined with the fretless bass provide a very interesting sound texture giving an adventurous and exploratory vibe. The mix can be improved, but I am assuming in this case you devoted the available time to explore new ideas and timbres. The crystal sound maybe could benefit with some reverb and while the first part has the choir synths making everything stick together (a tad loud, though), at part B sometimes I felt grasping for something to hold on harmonically, specially when there is no bass. Overall, great piece with lots of potential and  ideas.

This song immediately gives a crystal vibe, at the start and at every moment in the song.

The crystal sound, seems out of tune around 1:07 and 1:58 are out-of-tune. I understand if you are just leaning in to that interentionally for the more atmospheric parts of the track. But they should not overlap with the more in-tune segments (2:05).

As a castle, well there are horns, strings and choir in half of the song. The melody at (2:05) fits very well as a royal theme, and is also kinda epic. I wish that type of sound happened more in the song.

As crystal song, yeah, it fits really well. As a castle song, well it seems to vary depending on the segment. Sometimes it's almost there, a great fit, to sounding more like an enchanted cave.

Maybe if you combined this crystal at 1:06 with high or low strings, you could have leaned into a castle theme more often during the song.

A real neat song. 👍

Cool intro, i like how it slowed down and went into something else! I wish the horns at 2:05 were a touch louder. Your bass work is incredible, the bass melody that happens at 2:20 is so good. At the end tho, I feel we didn't need to return to this slow section of the song, especially after hearing some super dope hype melodies. Nevertheless, I enjoyed the song, good work!

I liked the melody line around the 2 minute mark, and also how the drum came in earlier on in the piece- that felt quite natural. Some of the transitions (especially the last one in the last ten to fifteen seconds ish) felt a little quick/unexpected, so I'm wondering if maybe you extend the space between each part or if you use something as a pivot between the two sections? Overall a nice piece which I enjoyed :)

Nice sound with that bowl/water drum for lead - I really loved the supporting bass synth for the second half as well.
