I like how you didn't bite off more than you could chew for a weekend jam. Good solid gameplay, I think it'd be a fun addition after the jam to add death animations and some extra sounds.
Note: The download is for Windows but ran fine on my Mac in Wine.

Can you do a ZQSD contols alternative
which would be q for forward, z for left, d for right, and s for shoot correct?
