The idea is really good, have lot of potential! For some improvement i would make a UI over the Bag to make easier for the player to know that scrolls goes in the bag begore fer dungeon call.  The Dungeon's atmosphere is really good, in future would be really awesome to see more locations and enemies to defeat!

Thanks for the feedback. I actually just uploaded a new build last night and one of the fixes included an icon over the bag.  If you are interested come back in a bit I have a lot of plans for this game.

I will give a try of course!

First off, I love what you did with the hands, UI, and graphics in general. It all felt very smooth and well-implemented! My main suggestion is what you've already mentioned here, getting the user into the experience with more explanations on how to do each thing. Nice work!

If you have a chance this week to try my game out, I would love any and all feedback to improve gameplay!

Developer

Thanks for the feedback it is all super helpful. I actually just added a new build with a lot of the suggestions I have got. And for sure I will check out your game and give some feedback!

Cool overall. I had some trouble using the spells, i´ve seen in other comments the same thing happened to them. Also it happened once only but I ended in the dungeon and no skeleton appeard. It would be a really funny and chill game if it worked as expected.I liked the scene assets but the scenario had some weird overlapping between walls and corridors.  Animations, assets and and music were pretty nice.  Overall a really nice idea and a well defined concept. Congrats!

Yeah its unfortunate that I missed these bugs. I found out what was causing some of them so I will hopefully have a fix for them soon.

I couldn't figure it out.  I somehow got to a dungeon, but couldn't figure out how to cast anything.  With some user experience adaptation this could be rather fun.  The main room was cool, love having all the books interactable. Potions are pretty nifty too.  Great job!

Developer

Sorry to hear you had trouble with the game. If you put scroll in your bag you should be able to look at your left hand to see the active scroll, then press a to switch and right trigger to cast. I uploaded a gameplay trailer that might help explain it better. As for the user experience I agree I was strapped for time this week so yeah there are some improvements that need to be made.

Wasn't able to get to the dungeon and didn't quite understand how to put scrolls into my inventory, but I did like the concept and mixing spells together. Wouldn't mind giving this one another go!

Sorry to hear this didn't work for you.  The game is supposed to pull you to the dungeon after 2 minutes. As for the scrolls you put the open one's with text over the bag. I also just uploaded a gameplay trailer that might explain it better as well.

I'll be sure to give it another go!

Love the concept, though I found the menu system and inventory to be quite difficult. Looks and plays super smooth and I love the potions! Always impresses me seeing interactable liquid in VR! Great work!

Developer

Yeah the menu was a last minute addition so I agree it needs work. Thanks for the feedback this will be super helpful in future iterations
