The Unreal Plugin rule

I'm curious, does the "No Plugin" rule only apply to FAB Plugins or dose it also include the built-in Plugins that come with unreal Engine? E.g the Water system Plugin that come with every unreal engine copy that can be turned on in the menu.

No plugins! Only plugins that are enabled by default are allowed. This is to keep the jam fair for everyone. Same reason why we aren't allowing asset packs. 

The goal of this jam is for everyone to finish with a solid prototype. Everyone can feel free to add plugins or asset packs to their projects after the game jam.
