I think it would've made it much better, if you just let the character jump twice as high, but other that I liked the fast paced gameplay and had fun overall. The idea of switching between two sides to avoid obstacles is great and I felt like having a choice between different playing styles, which is great! One with much "shifting" and one with much jumping.

Fun, but very frustrating. There are many times that I think I should have stomped an enemy, but I don't. It would feel much more natural if the jump was a bit quicker and higher. Fun though!
