It's a really great concept & presentation, but personally the difficulty ramps up dramatically at the 2nd word. I'd recommend a slower increase in complexity/word length, so that players can get more used to the system and aren't immediately overwhelmed.
Just a quick bug report: the cipher key gets cropped out if you're not in fullscreen
