An interesting idea, swapping between the creating and fighting robots!

A neat interpretation of the game and cool way to visualize being "in the zone" with it affecting gameplay as well!

Good idea on having to constantly switch between zoning in and fighting enemies, that could create an interesting and intense loop

Here are a few things I missed:

  • UI indicator for how many bullets I have left
  • UI indicator to direct the player to the crafting table (a simple arrow would be enough)
  • I would remove the wrench item since it's useless (and seems to damage the player on attack?). I understand that you wanted to highlight that the player needs to craft bullets. But I am not sure if it's worth it, wrench forced me to go read the game description, to understand what I am supposed to do to play the game :)

Yeah I wanted to add text with number of bullets left, but I run out of time and I didn't want to go above 3 hours.  I'll add add some UI indicator to point to crafting table after the voting.  In case of wrench - I don't know if I'm just missing something, but I don't notice how wrench damage the player, it does however have lower range than enemy attacks and it doesn't stop them from attacking so I don't know if you noticed some bug or did I just made it unclear. The wrench suposed to be some sort of "last resort weapone" if you have no bullets, but I gave it "slightly" too low damage. I'm not sure if I would remove it if I would make an update, but I'll choose gun for a weapon you hold at the start and make it more balanced.

The idea is cool, maybe with some updates you can make a really complete game!
