Love the NES / 8 Bit aesthetic - really nailed it. Great attention to detail things like menus, sounds etc. Reminded me a bit of original Zelda.

I was a bit confused at first at what I was supposed to be doing - perhaps a little bit of an explanation on how to read sheet music / scales for the less musically inclined would be a good addition.

I love roguelikes so much. So so much. Custom soundtrack, great visuals, mode with no timer. What's there not to like?

Melody Quest has so much style. I love the music and the clean layout. I had a hard time outsmarting those snakes sometimes too lol.

This made me remember my music classes back on school, still not very good with them, but what an awesome idea to teach kids how to remember sheet music! Really neat and original game, I like the OST as well.

I've been playing this game since you posted it on Discord days ago. It's really cool and fun. I really could have used something like this when I first started out in band, haha.

I'm terrible with music notes but I remembered enough to finagle my way through! Awesome job on this, the items you can pick up along the way plus the varying levels of the dungeon is really neat. Plus teaching kids about sheet music I think can be pretty good!
