How does your game use the theme?
The player is a tiny kingfisher perched in a tiny bird path and fishing for tiny animals and trinkets. I used scale to make the player, the kingfisher, feel very small relative to the bird bath. Also, all the collectables are tiny objects (coin, tadpole, minnow, thimble, etc) and are scaled to be large relative to the player.

Hello, played your game all the way to the end :D Caught them all. The thing under the tadpole took the longest. Overall I enjoyed it. Loved the pixel art and animations. It didn't take so long that I would want to quit, nicely polished in this regard. Would be great to use some of the items or combine them for some secrets, and counter for how many of each thing you caught would be great, it felt like I've had 100 tadpoles xD
Great job, keep it up.

Wow! Thank you so much for playing and for getting all the way to the end!! I really appreciate the feedback too. I love the idea of combining them for secrets or there being a storyline in there somewhere based on what you collect. There is a "hidden" counter for each item - if you use the mouse (which is the only time this game uses the mouse lol) and hover over the item, it will tell you how many you caught! I totally agree that this could be more accessible and nice to see. I was also thinking of adding something in there to skew it towards items you haven't caught yet (so you don't end up with 100 tadpoles and 0 snails).

Thanks again for playing the game and for all your feedback!
