Good level design and the mechanics are well integrated, there are so many different things!
I wish the game was either faster or there was an undo option (or both). Also, restart could be instant, there isn’t much reason to have to wait for it, I think.
Could be cool to have a different sprite for the vampire when he is in a state where you cannot change form (like falling) or standing in light.
I did not understand the level with the two curly spikes and seemingly no way to get up anywhere, maybe I didn’t get something about those spikes?
When in insect form, you can switch to other forms (I guess this isn’t intended as you can’t actually use them AFAIK).
Really nice game! I like the different movement types and how they interact with each other and the world. Not all interactions seemed strictly logical to me (in fantasy/vampire logic I mean) but that's fine. In puzzle logic they worked really well together and made a nice and round jam entry out of it.
I also enjoyed the graphics! (I think the vampire and it's forms are cute, ok?)
Also I think the amount of interesting and new levels and mechanics was quite well done, especially for such a short time period!
I really enjoyed the pixel art graphics, a very solid amount of levels for a jam, the different movement modes seemed a bit odd and clunky early on, but by the end I had gotten a very inuitive feel for the different movement metrics and what routes through the levels they allowed for, which was very satisfying.
Almost all other mechanics interacted with the core mechanic in interesting ways. I especially enjoyed the spider webs, as they served as both obstacles and helpful level elements.

Those are probably the hanging garlic knots. (Yeah, I'm not sure how to make that work in 16x16 pixels.) That interacts with the bat.
