Unfortunately can't really play it because of the issue with controls as you're aware of, nice artwork that seems to have been outsourced and needs attribution as mentioned in a prior comment. Animations work quite well, but control of the characters seem sort of out-of-whack, perhaps turning down the amount they move at would help.

Is there any reference to the sprites you used from this tutorial? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K581J4JUGPc

should have done in the description

I was able to get the characters in range of each other, as they do not move if you are attacking. However, there does not appear to be any damage, and I could not figure out the attack controls of the second character.

The sprites looks really good and the animation of them looks very clean - just a shame that the game itself lets it down as you cannot fight one another as both characters move at once and the jump is way too high. Having said that, the fact that you were able to submit a game is great so well done :)

A visually appealing submission that's let down  because of the unfortunate fact that you cannot get near one another at any point as movement controls both characters and not just one. You are able to completely walk off screen forever and jumping is a bit too high to ever be useful. Because I am unable to really 'play' your game, I can't really give you a proper review. But it seems that there is some understanding of the core Street Fighter mechanics with a variety of attacks. Playtest your game before you submit them, or if you did, give yourself more time to fix blatant issues such as what I've previously mentioned.

thx but we made it so both charcters are controlled cause you cant hit each other (dmg dosent work) so we made it to be something fun

Good attempt and at least you submitted something- considering this was done in less than two weeks its not bad, just needs some gameplay adjustments and fixes and it could be a fun game.

It's such a shame we can't really play as they character sprites are fantastic. You seem to have a solid framework for a cool fighting game here, I'd love to have seen what you could have done given more time! Good for you for submitting something regardless.

Visual style looks nice, but unfortunately the game is totally unplayable.

The movement controls move both players, meaning not only can you not ever hit each other, but neither player can ever win or lose. As well as this, every movement option can take you off the screen - walking either direction is endless, and jumping launches you off the screen's ceiling for an extended period of time.

It's a shame, because this game looked like it could be fun, but well done on submitting something.
