It's awesome to see how you minimize the original idea to the messy lab. Such a good choice! Besides distance learning, I also think that the safety of chemical experiments can be another aspect of need.  People need to follow the rules in the lab, especially for students who start learning chemistry. Making sure that students are well prepared is a problem to consider before allowing them to enter the lab. Students can practice their skills with your game. Also, I always want to try a lot in the lab from my own experience, but due to safety reasons and each class's learning goal, I did not have a chance to try anything that not in the textbook. Free exploring space is a good solution for this!
