Appreciating that this was done in a day, it's nice to see something that has a structure, an ending, and a narrative framing.
There were some cases where it wasn't immediately clear whether negative outcomes (such as failing to cook an omelette) were the result of my actions or the game's linear narrative, but in broad strokes, I think it works.
I enjoyed the abstract sense of movement and interaction given by the character sprites, and audio volume as a clue was a nice touch.
