An egg is a lot like a sign. Both are flipped, only one has a shell, but can they BOTH be over-easy?

This is a really good game and a great experience. I like the story, and I like the payoff, it really feels pretty complete. Like maybe there's a level in the middle that doesn't need to be there. The flow of the game is good when things go to plan, but, actually losing a level doesn't feel great - getting those post defeat hints might be better experienced in the middle of levels that are more confusing, or if 'you are doing it right, but, keep doing it' can be messaged to the player somehow. I think narrative games are best enjoyed when you kinda can't actually fail? While that's a little hand holdy but it means everyone gets to come away smiling. This was definitely really good, and is worth the time to play.

[x/p from thread] Damn, just another awesome Harold Krell game out here like it's no big deal.  I don't know if this is my favorite of Krell's gameplay-wise but it's gotta be up there in narrative and in playing with a mechanic.  I did have some issues figuring out the
wind mechanic and how the sign went higher
but I eventually got it.  Great game if you like the ol' SA Jam classics.

The writing in this is fantastic. Really enjoyed playing and progressing with my sign flipping skills just to see more of the story. The intro was great and really helped setup the player and his backstory. Funnies game I've played in awhile, great job. Will have to come back and play it again as I want to see how it ends and I've just been able to get to the fire so far.

What!?! One of the best narratives I've ever experienced in a game. To quote a great store manager "You have earned my respect, you piece of shit".  Well done with this
