How does your project include your game design lens?
We focused our entire game design on balance, our lens! It drove a lot of decisions we made, from balancing gameplay types, to balancing work-life balance being a core theme of the game.

Did you include a UN Sustainable Development topic? How so?
Our Development Goal was focused on good employment, and how over 50% of all employment worldwide happens off the books. We used that as a blend with balance to talk about the difficulties of being self-employed (though that's not directly what the UN goal is talking about, it's what we took as inspiration.)
