Try to use particles for a player's tail. I think it will be more effective.

fun game but i think it could do with shorter rounds and some kind of movement mechanic like dashing or something

Nice! I ended up getting a highscore of 2267, it is fun beating your highscore everytime. My reaction when i noticed that you could eat the alarms, amazing.
