A very simple solo journaling game that retains its recommended tone even through the rules. Being able to roll for questions helps with inspiration to write the rest of the scene around the answer.
Incredibly short and simplified, maybe too short. I was mostly bothered by the random capitalization after commas. Other than that, perfectly functional and very good if you have a broader setting in mind and just want to focus on the exploration record part. Definitely reads as a love letter to its inspiration. Very open-ended and very fun for what it is. It's not trying to be too much and I respect that.
played this one bc reincarnated as the unlovable villainess is one of my fav rpgs so far and this was so much fun !!!!
i made a few minor tweaks - rather then choosing pre-existing characters i just used a prompt generator and media table was swapped out with types of media (ie comic vs game vs movie etc). the initial media chosen was manga but in the game i referenced the last movie watches / game played etc etc. and i got too lazy to make a song table so i just shuffled my liked songs LOL but i had the match if it was the same roll the next chapter. but none of these were very obtrusive and i got to play it through nicely :D
overall this was very fun and the concept was definitely unique. it was even more fun since my setting was rolled as canon compliant - having to discover what canon im supposed to be complying with was definitely an experience lol ! but i really liked this one and its def on the replay list
first ttrpg ive ever played and suchhhh a perfect first choice. already endeared to the villainess isekai genre - mechanics were very fun [relationship stats + breaking flags] and overall offered a lot of plot flexibility in prompt guidance. time travel ability is very awesome. issues were minor and mostly user error (lol) . ive got through two games (in classic and paranormal) and will def play more !
