Judge feedback

Judge feedback is anonymous and shown in a random order.

  • I had some trouble as for some reason the controller mapping was incredibly wonky on my controller. (So while controlling the arm worked fine for the right hand, the left D-pad button moved the left arm UP, and the Y button moved it LEFT.) While that was a struggle I did end up managing to complete Level 1 and I really dig the overall design and aesthetics at play here!

I think it made fun use of the theme and created something that was both visually charming and mechanically engaging. Good stuff! (I would have loved more sound effects though!)

  • Really impressed with how this came together. There's a lot of polish that went into this project.

Love flailing around the little noodle-ly arms, it's really a fun experience!

One bit of feedback, it never felt really solid when adding something to the pot, it felt like there was a bit of resistance and that would throw me off. Minor nitpick for how much I really enjoyed this broadly. Nice work!

Looks great, the music fits well. For a 48 hour jam your production value is high.

I never got to play it though, my Xbox controller wasn't mapped for this but will try setting up a PS4 controller.
