The monster definitely made me jump! But I'm unable to leave the room in search of the green cube with how quick the monster is. Not sure if I missed something. A little nudge towards what to do or where to go at the beginning would go a long way if that's the case. If the monster isn't supposed to be that fast, is it possible the rate of the monsters speed is framerate dependent (not multiplied by delta during Godot's _process function)?

Developer

Yeah, it's not meant to be that fast, idk why it is...to make things weirder it's fine on my computer, I guess I could update the game (I didn't know if I could because...well, it's voting part of the game jam). There might be a way to make the speed framerate dependent, I should have enough time to look into it. This also give me time to add a proper spawner. As for were to go to find the cube, I probably should've thought that out more. Anyway, thanks for the feed back

Developer

update: I can't figure out how to get the spawner to work  properly, so I might have to just figure out how to make the speed framerate dependent

yeah, idk what's going on with this game, hope you enjoyed what you could...this may not get top ten but at least people got to play it and help me improve in the future with feed back, which is honestly more than I can ask for on a normal day.

Happy Halloween
