• The character design and animation, UI elements, enemy design, and all the small touches to the game are great. I love that the character falls when he jumps, I like the effect he makes when he lures the magic, I could go on. There is a lot of charm and aesthetic polish in this game which made the experience so much more enjoyable. The mechanics of throwing the spikeball felt a little clunky, mainly because I didn't like the key it was bound to. I think 'v' or 'c' would work better, and options to switch these binds would be great. The game itself was a tad difficult, but that's fine, and I was able to overcome it. Honestly, my biggest gripe with this game is that I personally didn't enjoy the constant references to Pizza Tower, as I think this character's design, and the overall aesthetic of th game are strong enough to stand on their own, if that makes sense. I get this game was inspired by it, but I wish the inspiration didn't bleed into referrential humor. I feel that anytime it was used, you could've replaced it with the charm you put into all other aspects of your game. That being said, it's not a big gripe and the line between reference and inspiration is a bit thin, after all. Would love to see more of this game and its wacky characters, 8/10
• This demo was very fun. My only small issue was that the second boss was very difficult. The art style is amazing and comedic, the taunts are fun, and the magnetic pull is very smooth! Overall, 9/10 game. I can't wait to see the full release!
