I like the screenshot of this project, I would play its browser version, unfortunately, I do not have the opportunity to download the game :с

Hello! Thanks for you comment. I turns out I'm just dumb, even though I have built the web version, I don't know yet how to make it work here and since I'm solo, I just couldn't afford the time to learn it. Sorry!

its pretty alright, I like the mechanics, and the animations, tho they arent tied the best, making them feel funky, but with the time limit no worries, also the leaderboard doesnt work? I tried the game, but when i die, the game freezes at the main menu, I cant even use my mouse to click anything, also there's two settings? was that for something else or a bug? just curious, either way not a bad job :)

Hello! Thanks for the comment. The time limit was pretty short for what I had in mind, I couldn't add more of my ideas to the game. Since this was my first jam I lacked the management skills to bring out the original plan and had to settle with what I had. I couldn't make the leaderboards work in time. I made all the 3d assets and animations, it took a lot of time and I think I might just have got by with mixamo animations perhaps, now thinking in retrospect. Anyways it was fun and a learning experience to work with such a small time constraint, next time I'll try to make it better. I'll probably fix the bugs and bring out the ideas I had for this game in future build.

its all good! its a lesson everyone learns in their first jam aha, I remember similar stuff with my first jam game aha- (mechanics didnt even fully work cause I was too ambitious ;-;)

and hey, I always respect custom animations! When I mean funky I just meant more play too slow yknow? just remember animations should compliment the action, otherwise it gets too floaty or just doesnt feel right, but props to you for even doing that, be proud you managed to do so much work in such a short time <3

best thing for future, and what I learnt is that always prioritize the needs first, then the fancy when you can! that way you at least have a good foundation! and if you manage some fancy, even better, if not, oh well, as long as the game is fun you'll do well! Still you did a good job!
