Very fun game, I really liked the controls and the moving background. I am wondering though, is there a reason why you would want more speed?Kinda just added in initially as a test for making a power boost in general and didn't get iterated on later. My partner noted in retrospect that we probably should have had it provide a rapid increase in the amount of score points per unit of distance cause in its current form it is a hazard rather than a benefit.
Great submission, it was a little unclear what the yellow portals that turn you black do but all in all, a fun little game.
Fair! Could have used some better feed back on that. It doubles the acceleration when moving sideways, quadruples it when fighting against against current momentum. Makes it easier to move side to side.
Solid stuff! I experienced a bit of audio glitching but I am 100% sure that's an issue with my browser. Runs smooth as butter and has a nice fluid movement: It's also really refreshing to play a game in this style that doesn't have instadeath obstacles, but a health system instead.
Really nice game. Unique idea and I think the movement is great - really feels like in you are in a river.
Simple and kind of fun and interesting better than a lot of games on here! movement is a little laggy but I get it!.. Great job 3/5!
