Title
El gato del diablo

Description
Pretty much like last jam i made most of this in the first 2 days, then kinda lost motivation to work on it any further. I feel like this still could use more time in the oven, but didnt feel like working on this anymore so here it is i guess.

The whole track uses only the Nyasynth VST for the soundsources, and then some effects plugins to change the sound, making them sound like crappy lofi/chiptune sounds.

Big thanks to Theargh on the jam discord for posting about Nyasynth! I would have had to use another DAW instead of Cubase because the original MeowSynth doesn't have a 64bit version.

Plugins used
Nyasynth vst
Stock Cubase effect plugins
Izotope Trash
Izotope Ozone Elements

The song had some super interesting sections. Like the sudden transition at 1:50, that was awesome. Overall, I feel like this is a very creative take on the challenge. It felt a little repetitive at some parts, but still a great submission.

Thanks! I agree, probably could've done without the repeats at some parts.

Evil cat with evil song! love the pixel art he is so silly looking x)

Nice song overall, the evil vibes works well, although the song does feel a bit repetitive in the end.

Great use of nyasynth too!

Nice job!

Developer

Thanks! Got a bit demotivated towards the end parts, probably should have the parts play once instead twice
