It might be nice to add text at the beginning that mentions that shift is the run key. Makes the game 5 times as fun. The main character's sprite is awesome, and it's really cool that you can do rapid fire with the third weapon if you alternate between LMB and RMB. The main menu UI might benefit from being a little bit brighter (although it definitely fits with the theme of your game).
This game has a ton of potential, keep up the great work!
