Year of the original project
Tic Tac Toe is from Ancient Egypt the date it was published was and still is unknown. It is also a remake of a video game from the '50s called OXO

Original language/software used
The language I used to turn Tic-Tac-Toe into a board game was with HTML, CSS, and JS. This is was a school project that I made in Honors Programming II.
