First, I'll start with what is definitely well done in WIRED UP.
Pixel art is cute and well drawn. Background music is calm and concentrating yet catchy. Sounds of electricity and robot explosion are pretty close to real life. Movement of orbs, lighting and robot is easy on the eyes.
Now it's time for not-so-well done elements of the game.
It's doesn't fit accurately theme of raylib NEXT gamejam, which is connectivity, because aside from connection between first two electrified orbs (that do nothing but exist), there's not much to the topic. You just need to shoot all of the orbs to pass on. As awesamefox has written in comments, orbs' movement routes in the second-to-last room is quite chaotic. Of course, the game does end with an infinite hallway, which is something unusual even for an indie game. However, since we were warned before playing about that, I'm willing to turn a blind eye to it. By the way, I understand that the creator didn't have time to polishing due to jam's time constraints.
Generally speaking, WIRED UP isn't a flawless experience but it's worth at least a few minutes of your life to play it.
A bit buggy but that's to be expected from a jam game. Very annoying that the middle two boards don't have solutions for passing all the colors through at the same time. It makes the final challenge go from figuring out a giant interconnected puzzle to a slog of waiting for each color to pass through those two boards one at a time and then changing the tracks for the other color. Fun concept though, it would be cool to see a version of this where everything chains together cleanly at the end.
