Judge feedback

Judge feedback is anonymous.

  • The game is very basic, but one can see where you want to go with the things outlined in the GDD. I like the minimalistic art and the sound for the fight, though I don't see a clear distinction when you use colors and why and when not. The theme is almost non-existent. I would either put more time in thinking about better incorporating the theme or abandon the theme altogether, if you just want to make the game how it is right now.

Extra Notes
Thanks for hosting. This was a fun exercise and a good excuse to prototype a gameplay concept I've had for a while.

Great character designs and audio! The vibe of this game is great. Also the contrast between the heavy metal battles and ambient walking music is hilarious.

Is there any reason to not just spam the magic attack?

edit: Also just noticed the title should be D.A.V. if it's "Destroy All Vermin" lol

Thanks for the feedback! Unfortunately, I was not able to add any sort of MP mechanic for this build. However, I am glad I prioritized functionality over balance.
