  • While your concept for this game is interesting; having to fight off numerous enemies using potions, I wouldn't say that this was all too compelling for my time playing. The use of both themes didn't really stand out to me, and I felt that there could've been a 'more unique' approach to how both were incorporated--while not having to fully change the style of combat you presented. Again, I think your idea is solid, but personally, there is room to expand upon it all so the themes stand out more than just enemies are shadow and potions as weapons. All the same, keep up the hard work.
  • This is a cool game. I liked the simplicity of controls, and movement felt pretty fluid so it wasn't too challenging to move around. I think it would be useful to have some kind of goal for the player to work toward. This could be a countdown timer (so, survive for x amount of time). It'd also be cool to see distinct levels that get progressively harder so that you have to pass each level to get access to more challenging enemies or the same enemies with more challenging attributes. Something that allows the player to really conceptualize or visualize how well they're doing and how much they've progressed. While the shadow theme is well implemented, it felt like the alchemy theme could have been implemented in a more concrete way. Other the player being an alchemist, it didn't feel like the gameplay really touched on the alchemy part of using potions (rather, potions felt just like ammo).

For some reason, I really love the art style. Had fun playing it.

> You could slightly change the colors of enemies to make it a bit more visible. Had a hard time spotting them.

> Maybe something to aim. Just a thought.

Super Fun Game!!!

These are very good points, thanks for your feedback ! Indeed, we should implement something that makes it a bit clearer whereas the direction or the point of impact of the potion beforehand. Glad you had fun :-D

My thoughts on the first point were, personally "It's not a bug, it's a feature" but the feedback helps just the same.
