This game is really fun and I liked old school 3d game vibes. Also, loved the cat in the first room. I would love to have been able to pet it! I actually really got a Backrooms vibe with the implementation of the shadows, even if that wasn't intended. I was terrified running through the dark, and really liked how that raised the stakes. I think my main suggestion for improvement is to developer the existing features more. You could also create a more visual inventory system so crafting feels a bit more rewarding/intuitive. Some of the text is hard to read, so a different font might make that easier.

Tell us about your game!
Find materials in chests around the map to craft potions in your lab. Travel through four layers of dungeons, each longer than the last, to escape, without spending so much time within that your torch burns out and the shadows can feast. Your enemies are dummies, possessed by the shadows.

Controls are WASD for moving, mouse/arrow keys for looking, left mouse button/control to throw forwards, right mouse button/shift to throw downwards, and z to switch potion.
