- Smooth controls allowed for ease of understanding in what seems to be a complex set of abilities. Theme worked and was well set up. I think the lighting was my biggest confusion causer while playing as it felt very dark where i wasn't comfortable enough with the movement enough before I was already being punished for lack of knowledge.

A 3D platforming collectathon where shadows eat the map as you play! Level 1 is easy and level 2 is so difficult you will probably quit. Much more fun with a controller, but the triggers didn't want to work on web so we use bumpers instead.
Extra Notes
This is my first videogame and first jam. It was a lot of fun.

Creating a 3D platformer in a couple of weeks is a great achievement. Well done!
The character controller is pretty nice, it would've been nice to spend even a little time replacing the capsule with some kind of art, even if it wasn't animated, it would've added a lot to the game.
Having to play the game in the tiny viewport is very difficult, especially with the overabundance of tutorial text. Next time you do a jam make sure to click the fullscreen box on upload, it's all it takes.
You could definitely build on this and make something cool, you've got good ideas and the game design is pretty good.
Glad you had fun doing your first jam and game, I look forward to seeing what you make in the future! Please feel free to check out our game if you get the time.
Thank you for the feedback! I especially needed to know about that full-screen bit since my firefox opened it in a seperate tab so I thought the full-screen was available already! I was able to go back and enable the full-screen button!
