- I understand the theme of spreading and/or getting rid of something spreading in this instance, but the mechanics to make it possible to use the water accordingly seems a bit tough to get down properly with just a little bit to work with in the start

I love these type of games. It was a fun puzzle game last level was a little bit too hard lol I managed to pass it by pure luck but finished it nevertheless. Maybe some improvements on spreading mechanics they sometimes feel random (even if they were not random it kind of feels like that, especially in the last level). If you add more levels and mechanics and do some polish it could be a great mobile game.
I like the premise a lot. I think it's not always clear why or how each element will spread. After about 10 minutes it was clicking a bit more but could probably use some simpler levels to get the player understanding the spread a bit more.
