- Quick and simple kind of game for my own sake. Not a bad way to utilize the theme in this format. Definitely tried to beat my score of 1400 (sorry didn't add into the game, but that's the one I remember as I attempted to beat it a few times after). Cool stuff!

Winter is almost over. An unknown warmth is starting to spread. Coming change is inevitable. Spring is here!
Hell o’ Borus is a 2D endless runner game where the player controls Borus, a tiny helleborus seed that awakens after being lethargic during the winter.
The initial excitement of their awakening is abruptly interrupted by bright light, mysterious growth and explosions of color all around them. Having only experienced winter in their lives, the terrified little seed decides to escape, using their tiny roots to propel themselves as fast as they can.
Controls:
A / D / arrow keys to slow down / speed up
W / Space Bar to jump

love me some endless runner! what a beauty this game is, really well done art direction, congrats! lovely sfx as well. I would love some indicator that helps the player if an obstacle comes up that could kill them, I've never despised hedgehogs as much as I did in this game before haha. very nice first game, keep on going!
hahaha we received multiple reports of hedgehog hatred increasing dramatically since the release of our game. Poor souls, they were just trying to take a nap :(
We're planning on polishing it up a bit more once the jam is finished, the indicator for incoming obstacles is a very nice idea. Thanks a lot for the feedback!
