yes

Summarise your game!
One Weapon Army is a turn-based strategy game inspired by traditional chess but with a unique twist. Instead of a full army of pieces, the player controls a single custom piece that can switch between three different forms: Sword, Bow, Spear. Each form has different movement patterns. Your aim is to capture all the enemy pieces before you get captured.

Please explain how your game fits the theme:
In this game instead of controlling a whole army like in regular chess, you control only one piece and that piece is a weapon with different forms.

Like the other comment, I had to zoom in to over 150% in order to see the entire board. I’m on desktop browser.

Besides that, really great idea! I enjoyed the game a lot and matches the theme well. Simple and sweet.

Surprisingly difficult!

Please do enable the fullscreen option on itch, currently the frame is too small to play and I had to copy the link of the iframe to play!

Will do in the future thanks for letting me know.

Maybe it is because I am greatly unfamiliar with itch.io, but I could play this game only after blowing up the page to 180%. Other than that, it is fully playable! I am horrible at chess, but I was able to beat it! It was also more fun than chess, personally speaking of course. I would love to see what it's like with even more difficulty!

Thanks a lot hearing you had so much fun means a lot really! It is not your fault i propably did something wrong and it looks different for different people. Not sure what but I wil find out in the future I hope.
