This is a really cool idea.
The wave effect is really neat, it really effects the whole game & forces you to plan your route.
Love the use of chars for sprites - esp. the fish, did not expect that popping out!
(The "splash on landing" effect is also perfect for selling the illusion of riding the wave.
Alas, about 2 was my best (but that says more about me 😉)
