Good theming as a slow and control deck. Do the jail token effects still apply even when (RCR Handcuffs) leave the field?

its pretty up to the DM, but the intent was for jail tokens to no longer work, but for them to still be on the cards

I love the goofy vibes this character has, seems very easy to hook into a session too.
