  • The terrain looks interesting, however, the game itself is a bit confusing. Improvement suggestions are as follows: - The metal detector alarm sound is good. - Adding a map can be helpful.
  • The interactivity of the metal detector is really great. Nice choice of sounds there as well. I can imagine this space expanding even further and the opportunities for treasure hunting expanding as well and those both just seem like great things the game has going for it.
  • Need idea. Good connection with theme. Nice use of real terrain. Could not figure out how to find treasure.
  • It's really awesome to see someone use the data from Pat's drones in a game! I wish the player could move faster, so I could see more of it quicker. Perhaps an item in the sand could offer me this boost...? As a player I had a bit of trouble figuring out precisely where to dig after reading to learn the controls. The sound design here is really good, and this game engages the theme well. It is ironic that a game about hunting treasure in the sand uses a what is basically a 3d photo of people digging for treasure- for sand at the Cemex plant, that is! If you want to add a very simple "ocean" to your game, use a simple plane and color it blue or play with shaders to make it animate. As one final observation, I love the way that the Cemex hole looks here, almost like it's bubbling and evil, very abstract yet literal. This one gets third place from me!
