How does your game meet the requirements and theme of this jam?
It's my love letter to those times when I didn't have internet access at home but wanted so badly to have it. As this jam, it has a mix of late 90s Windows 95 aesthetics and early 00s Geocities sites. I'm no web developer but I've also experimented with Perchance for making a website generator you can use when playing the physical game.
